About Next Evolution Consulting LLC

Hello all!  We are Scott and Terra Utter we currently live in Chester, VA. We have been married over 30 years and counting with two beautiful grown daughters with beautiful families of their own. We have 3 Bachelors degrees, a Masters degree and over 20 years of experience each in leading, teaching and mentoring in multiple environments. We have many interests and we plan on sharing them with you. We love traveling, photography, along with many outdoor activities.

 

We have been on many adventures, endured many trials and have beat so many odds that were against us from the beginning of our relationship. We are extremely proud of where we have been and excited to see where life is taking us still. Starting our own consulting firm became a natural progression for us career-wise, we draw not only on our education but also the abundance of life experience we have been exposed to. Everyone has such different personalities, likes and dislikes, our individual uniqueness makes us who we are. Our goals are not to change you but, to help you become the person that you dream about.
